    baby lettuce: 1 bunch, feta cheese: ½ cup, red onion: 1 medium, soy sauce: 2 tbsp, shrimp: 12 oz, greek vinaigrette: 2 tbsp, garlic: 3 cloves, mini cucumber: 1 unit, grape tomatoes: 1 c, turkish spice blend: 1 packet, salt: 1 tsp, cooking oil: 1 tbsp, black pepper: 1 tsp

    Wash and dry all produce. Halve mini cucumber and slice into thin half-moons. Halve grape tomatoes . Thinly slice red onion . Mince garlic . Pat shrimp dry.

    In a medium bowl , combine cucumber, tomatoes, half the onion, and greek vinaigrette . Toss to coat and set aside.

    Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, garlic, turkish spice blend , remaining onion, a pinch of salt , and black pepper . Cook, stirring, until shrimp are opaque and onion is slightly softened ⏱️ 3 minutes . Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce .

    Divide baby lettuce leaves between plates. Fill with shrimp mixture and salad. Spoon any remaining vinaigrette from bowl over top. Garnish wraps with crumbled feta cheese and serve.
